You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
For items purchased using promotional discounts or gift cards, the refund will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion. Sale items are only eligible for store credit unless otherwise specified.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, including the date of purchase, payment method used, and the amount you expect to be refunded. We will investigate the matter and keep you updated on our findings.
In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve any refund discrepancies.
