Delivery timelines vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, while expedited options may reduce processing time. Transit durations are estimates and can be influenced by factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance (for international shipments), or seasonal demand. During peak periods like holidays, additional processing days may apply.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent pricing with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60
  • Table Rate Shipping (5-10 Business Days): $25 for orders under $60
  • Free Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders totaling $60 or more

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and select regions in Asia and Oceania. Some remote locations or areas with postal restrictions may not be serviceable. During checkout, our system will automatically validate your address. If your region isn’t supported, you’ll receive a notification with alternative solutions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier details. Click the provided link or visit the carrier’s website to monitor your package’s journey. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your tracking hasn’t updated for over 7 business days or the estimated delivery window has passed, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order number. For lost packages, we’ll initiate a carrier investigation and provide replacement or refund options per our Refund Policy.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties determined by your local authorities.
