Item Description

The Epic Dark Viking Armour is a breastplate and backplate inspired by lamellar worn by the Vikings, protecting the front and back of the torso. Made from layers of mild steel plates connected with durable leather cording, this armour is flexible and impressive in detail. Strong leather lines the armour around the edges to add comfort, while adjustable leather straps along the sides and on the shoulders attach the front to a solid leather backplate. This steel piece has been treated with an Epic Dark Metal coat to give the armour a rugged, antique finish.

The Viking Armour is fully usable with other metal products, giving you the freedom to customize your characters costume. Made of 1 mm thick galvanized mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

Please be aware that these items are handmade. Slight deviations in pattern, color, and shape may occur.

Care Instructions- Keep away from water. Clean with a metal polish and re-oil occasionally to properly maintain the armour. Use Leather care products for the fittings.

Medium/Large: Fits a 38.5 to 42.5 Inch Chest and a 30.5 to 35 Inch Waist

These are measurements of the armour only, these measurements do not include the straps or buckles. Keep in mind that if you are wearing a gambeson or heavily padded shirt, to take your measurement while wearing the garment and order by that measurement.
