This lovely set will be great for the summer faire events. Wear leggings or maybe even add some wings. There are so many options for this flirty and fun jagged skirt set. The Chemise top can be worn on ~ or ~ off the shoulders. The skirts have elastic waist. The Waist Cincher does have steel boning for support and machine pressed grommets with brown laces. When measuring for a cincher, please take your actual measurement and deduct 1-2" for a snug fit.
