Item Description

The skirt was originally worn by men and women alike. It has been an everyday garment with sleeves and was used by all social classes. Later only it developed into the women's dress we know it as today.

This ankle-long skirt with folds from our "Ursula" series is made from cotton and has an airy cut. It is being closed with a lacing either on the hip or in the back.

When combined with a blouse and a bodice, you will quickly build a simple costume for tavern maidens, adventurers or market-woman. You will need to concentrate on the details when building an individual costume in the end.
